This class combines long, healing stretching with slow, strengthening movement to teach both physical and mental balance. This class incorporates mindful meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and yoga to achieve total body balance.

This ALL LEVELS class is great for everyone. When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. A perfect blend of fluid movement, resistance training & light cardio to get the best of all training methods. Designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group utilizing weight, bands, balls & blocks. Change up your yoga practice & focus on revving your metabolism & building strength.

STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN

Beginners and seasoned yogis will benefit from movements and breath work that energize the body and relax the mind. A combination of power poses for stamina and strength; balance poses for mind and body; and stretch poses for stress and health. Modifications offered for all level participation and more or less of a challenge. You choose the intensity !!

YIN
ALL LEVELS, BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and even joints in areas like the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Longer holds and pranayama (breathing techniques) combine to allow gentle, lasting changes to the fascia allowing the body to lengthen, open and often reduce pain. Yin teaches one self awareness, acceptance and to be ok in stillness. Be Stlll & Know.

GENTLE YOGA

This class will allow you to let go of your morning stress and set-up for a positive rest of the day! Reverse the damage done by typing at your computer, slouching over your desk and simply stressing out. A gentle flow through asanas (postures) that strengthen and stretch your body with breathing techniques to use on and off the mat.

FAMILY YOGA

This is fun for the whole family! Build a lifelong parent-child yoga bond in a fun, playful manner. Geared toward Elementary and Middle School aged children and younger. Adult-friendly modifications are often given so Mom and Dad get some yoga of their own.
